PROCESS

Planning a wedding or other event can be quite stressful, so we are here to make it simple.

Our team will take care of smooth and detailed planning, taking into account the nuances of your event, as well as we will ensure careful tent installation and set-up, as well as dismantling after the event.

To prepare detailed offer, we will ask for information about the date, location, number of guests, etc. details of the planned event.
Taking this information into account, we will be able to prepare an offer with the most suitable solution for your event concept, as well as present indicative costs.

If you are satisfied with our offer and would like to make a reservation, we require 20% deposit securing your chosen date.
After making the reservation, you will be able to adjust the tent equipment if the need arises. The deposit payment is included as part of the final invoice.

If necessary, we survey the location of the event or ask for pictures/videos of the place, so that you don't worry about the space needed and installation works could proceed without a hitch.
As the event date approaches, we estimate the installation date/time, as well as request final approval of the layout and equipment needed.
(if there is a need for additional equipment due to weather conditions).
Before set up We prepare a final invoice for payment, and also ask you to pay a security deposit of 10% of the total amount.
The security deposit is returned 5 working days after the bell tents are picked up.

The Daydreamers team usually begin the installation work early in the morning to make sure all installation and set-up works are complete the day before or on the same day, by the time the guests arrive.
After installation, we introduce the technical nuances and coordinate the collection times.

IMPORTANT !

In order for the planning and installation to proceed successfully and without unnecessary hitches, as well as to take care of the safety and well-being of the guests, there are some conditions:

  • Tents are not installed under trees, near bushes and water bodies (to avoid additional moisture, especially at night).
  • It is desirable to provide as high and dry a place as possible for the tent city
  • Tents can only be set up on even ground, which should be mowed and tidy.
  • The installation site must be easily accessible by trucks
